History on the Net celebrates its 8th birthday this week

A look back over the past 8 years

2000
History on the Net 2000
The History on the Net website began life with three sections - The Romans, The Tudors & The Stuarts

2001

A new look for the site and a range of new topics added as well as a games and reference section

2003

Another new design with drop down menus to incorporate the wide range of information now available

2004

A slight design change, the History on the Net Shop was opened and all third party advertising removed from the site

2005-2008

Much of this period was spent developing the shop and the business side of History on the Net with little new information added to the website

2008-2010
As well as increasing the range of products available in the shop we plan to add more information pages to the site.
