Eva Hart |
Eva Hart was 7 years old and was travelling second class with her parents, Benjamin and Esther Hart.
Eva's mother was not happy about sailing on the Titanic and refused to leave the cabin except to eat meals. She also stayed awake all night long and slept during the day.
After the collision, Esther woke her husband and daughter and went to investigate. Eva and her mother were rescued in lifeboat 14. Benjamin died.
Eva died in 1996.
