Hitler's Speech to his People
December 30, 1939

1). Hitler told his people that 1940 will be the most decisive year in German history. Hitler spent time in his speech justifying the territorial gains made by Germany. He went on to say that all of Europe must be liberated from the oppression of England. Germany claims it will break the English blockade in 1940, and that no country in the world is more vulnerable from the air than is England.

2). More Russian attacks in Finland were repulsed.

3). There is a recommendation that the neutrality act be amended to aid countries like Finland.
