Remind pupils to read instructions carefully and to ask for help if they do not understand.
When ready, click on ‘Begin Lesson’.
(Duration: 2 minutes)
Part 1:
Pupils to read the Feudal System explanation page. This could be done as a class activity with pupils clicking on the yellow boxes and reading aloud, or pupils can work independently, moving on at their own pace.
(Duration: 5 minutes)
Part 2:
Pupils then complete a missing word activity to check understanding.
(Duration: 10 minutes)
Part 3:
Pupils move on to Medieval Clothing. Read the explanation page, again either independently or as a whole class.
(Duration: 6 minutes)
Part 4:
To check understanding, pupils now have to complete a quiz about Medieval clothing.
(Duration: 6 minutes)
Part 5:
Pupils move on to learn about Medieval food. They are shown a picture of a Baron sitting at his table in the hall of his manor house. They should then read the information below the picture.
(Duration: 6 minutes)
Part 6:
Pupils are now taken to an information page about Medieval housing. Pupils can read the information independently or as a class.
