Farmer Jim Hutchinson is an old master of milking by hand. With a little help from husband Andy, Margaret Faith gets involved in the art of churning butter and baking the grilled scones. A visit to Arthur's cottage and the delight of grilled pancakes, grilled of course on the open fire. Jane Leeke shows her own special skills on the old spinning wheel. With a little help from favourite balladeers Tom Healy and Jim Finnegan this DVD A Day In Old Ireland with Old Skills of Yesterday is a delight to view.
