With the exception of UK schools, orders are not processed until they are paid in full.

 Customers placing an online order with History on the Net will receive 2 email confirmations - one from History on the Net confirming placement of order and one from either PayPal or WorldPay confirming payment. Receipt of the two emails indicates that the order has been placed and paid for. A further email is sent by History on the Net to confirm postage of the order. Customers are able to log in to their account at any time to check the status of their order.

Order Online

 Visitors Cart
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a Visitors Cart. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, the contents of their shopping cart will disappear.

Personal Cart
Every customer that has registered is given a Personal Cart. This allows them to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until they are checked them out, or removed.

If a customer adds products to a Visitor Cart and then decides to log in or register an account, the contents of their Visitor Cart will merge with their Personal Cart contents automatically.

Shopping

Click the Add to Cart button to add an item to the shopping basket.

Add additional items in the same way. A mini cart is provided on each page which displays the items in your shopping and the current total.

When you have finished adding items please click the Checkout link at the top of the page to finalise and pay for your order.

Checkout

After completing personal details customers will be presented with their shipping and payment options.
History on the Net uses WorldPay to process secure credit and debit card payments and does not have access to customers card details.
