As soon as you have completed checkout and paid for your order you will be automatically redirected to an order completed page. If you do not wait to be redirected your download file will not be automatically set up.

To download your order

Go to My Account and click the view button associated with the order you have just placed. A download link is available near the bottom of the page.

Click the link and when prompted save to your computer hard drive. You will need Winzip to extract the file and Acrobat Reader 6 or later to read the file.

The link will expire 10 days after the order has been placed so please make sure that you save a copy.

Common Problems

If you do not wait to be redirected back to the site or if this fails for some reason - internet crash, internet disconnection etc, then your order will show status 1 Pending and your file will not be available to download. We will manually activate your file for you on the next working day and will email you to let you know that your order is ready to download

If your file appears to contain jumbled characters this can, in most cases, be solved by updating your Acrobat Reader to the latest version.
