DISC ONE - The Great White

Legendary shark-diver, Ian Gordon, gets closer than most would dare as he introduces us to one of the most feared animals on earth. Great whites have a nasty reputation for unprovoked attacks on humans, but Ian believes they are thinking, social animals – not just cold killing machines. However, a pattern of horrific local attacks off the waters of Chatham island, 500 miles east of new Zealand, suggests otherwise.

DISC TWO – The Hammerhead And Prickly Shark

Shark Gordon takes to El Bajo, an underwater seamount in Mexico's Sea of Cortez, to witness the legendary scalloped hammerhead school reunion. Later they brave dangerous depths, extreme cold and technically difficult diving condition to get up close and personal with the mysterious and rarely seen prickly shark.

Ian Gordon dodges dynamite blasts to check out an unusual gathering of Pelagic Thresher Sharks in waters off the island of Cebu, in the Philippines. Ian then takes on one of his most daring experiments yet as he drops in on an ocean classroom in the Bahamas where students dive amongst feeding sharks in their bid to understand why sharks attack people and what can be done to stop them.
