If your order does not arrive
The majority of orders do arrive within the timescales given above but sometimes packages are delayed or, more rarely, lost. If your order has not arrived we always advise checking with your local delivery office (not post office) in the first instance. Many packages do not fit through a standard letterbox and are taken to the delivery office to await collection. Delivery offices hold packages awaiting collection for 7 days before returning to us. If your package is returned to us having not been collected we will require payment to cover the costs of re-postage.
If you have requested to have your package left somewhere if you are out then this is at your own risk and we are not liable for items lost. Royal Mail do not consider a 1st or 2nd Class package lost until 15 working days have passed from the date of despatch. For Airmail packages 21 working days. If your order has not arrived after this time and you have checked with your delivery office please contact us. We will then email you our lost post claim form which we will use to make a claim for compensation from Royal Mail. As soon as we receive your returned form we will send a replacement order. If your order is returned to us marked as not collected or incorrectly addressed then a further postage charge will have to be paid to have the order resent. Refunds made on items returned to us will be less the original postage charge.
