1). Japan demanding reparations for assault on two citizens.

From Balkans:
1). Jews may not become Christians, may not receive annual grant of government money.

From Berlin:
1). Germans looking toward beginning of war with England.
2). Germans criticizing French press.
3). Vichy government upset with British seizure of food supplies.

From Washington:
1). FDR accepted Nomination by radio.
2). Report of how the balloting went.
