2). Labor trouble with Mineworkers. FDR prepares for coal mine strike. Mines could be taken over by the government.
3). President conferenced with Hull and Japanese special envoy Kurusu.
4). Japanese want to send an additional 50,000 troops to Indo-China.
5). Japanese Hawk in Tokyo wants all of Japan on a war footing.
