This time, we discuss how the geography of Okinawa influenced the battle that occurred there.  While on active duty with the US Army, Evan lived on Okinawa and spent much time investigating sites critical to the battle.  Evan’s personal knowledge of the terrain on which the bloodiest battle of the Pacific Theater was fought provides invaluable perspective on the battle.
