The Soviets Strike Back: The Destruction of Army Group Center and the March to the Gates of Warsaw

On June 22, 1944–three years to the day after the German invasion of the Soviet Union began–the Soviets launched a massive offensive called Operation Bagration, which resulted in the destruction of the German Army Group Center and the opening of the way to Berlin.
